Gantry, the largest independent commercial mortgage banking firm in the U.S., has expanded its Orange County production office with a new lease at the Atrium office campus located at 19100-19200 Von Karman in Irvine. The class A office property features a dramatic, open air, 10-story, glass-enclosed lobby connecting two 10-story office towers encompassing a total of 334,828 square feet. Property amenities include a modern fitness center, conference facility, dry cleaning services, EV charging, and onsite dining and food options including top-tier restaurants and a coffee bar.
Gantry’s new Orange County office will house the firm’s locally based commercial mortgage loan producers and corporate marketing staff. Stream Realty Partners represented all parties in the lease, a five-year agreement covering 5,000 square feet of dedicated space.
