Gantry Adds Abe Osterhaus as Director with Firm’s Kansas City Production Office

Nation’s Largest Independent Commercial Mortgage Banking Firm Continues to Add New Talent in Loan Production, Servicing

Gantry, the largest independent commercial mortgage banking firm in the U.S., has added Mr. Abe Osterhaus as a loan production Director with the firm’s Kansas City production office. In his new role, Abe is responsible for developing a roster of clients and securing financing on their behalf for properties across the wide spectrum of commercial real estate (CRE) asset classes working through Gantry’s exclusive roster of life company correspondents, vetted CRE lenders, and equity sources.

Abe joins Gantry following his tenure as a summer intern with the firm and completion of studies at The University of Kansas (KU) where he received his bachelor’s degree in finance. During his internship, Abe was involved in closing more than $50 million in commercial mortgage loans across 4 transactions for properties in 2 states. He is now a current member in good standing of the Mortgage Bankers Association and CREF-C. During his time at KU, he was an active member in the school’s affiliate investment and finance clubs.
