Gantry Gives Back: A Remarkable Impact in 2023

As we end 2023, Gantry proudly reflects on the significant impact achieved through its year-end donation program. Demonstrating a steadfast commitment to corporate social responsibility, Gantry has supported 42 organizations in 2023, with the active participation of both partners and employees.

Diverse Causes, Collective Impact

Gantry's philanthropic efforts have spanned diverse causes, showcasing a commitment to making a positive difference in the world and following our employees as they make an impact on their own communities. From contributing to cancer research to providing educational assistance and addressing the basic needs of homeless and houseless populations, Gantry's donations have been strategically directed to causes that align with the company's and employee’s core values.

Employee Engagement

In 2023, a total of 26 employees actively participated in Gantry's matching donation program, emphasizing the passion and generosity embedded within the company's team culture. This collective effort reinforces a sense of community within Gantry, demonstrating a shared commitment to creating a meaningful impact on the lives of those in need.

The Numbers Speak

Gantry is pleased to announce that the total donations for 2023 was similar to the past three years despite a significant downturn in the market for our industry over the last 12 months. These funds have been strategically distributed to support initiatives that align with Gantry's corporate values and contribute to building a better, more inclusive world.

A Glimpse into Our Chosen Cause

This year, Gantry has chosen to direct its support to the Alameda County Community Food Bank. Celebrating a remarkable 35-year legacy, this organization has been instrumental in distributing healthy meals to the local community. Gantry's decision to align with the Alameda County Community Food Bank, which will be generously matched by the Steph and Ayesha Curry Foundation, reflects its commitment to prioritizing clients' needs and supporting an organization that addresses a fundamental human necessity.

According to Ken Gwynn, Gantry’s Operations Director and manager of the Donation Program, "Over the last few years, Gantry has participated in providing an annual donation on behalf of our clients and employees to a non-profit that we feel holds similar values with our company culture and supported by one of its employees through our matching program. This year, we've decided to support the Alameda County Community Food Bank. For the last 35 years, this organization has done an incredible job of distributing much-needed healthy meals to their local community. Gantry continues its commitment to prioritizing our clients’ needs and supporting an organization that delivers a basic human necessity aligns with who we are as a company."

Looking Forward

As Gantry embarks on a new year, the company remains dedicated to fostering positive change and contributing to the well-being of communities globally. Gantry extends heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has been a part of this journey and invites continued collaboration to make 2024 even more impactful.
