Ramza Zeiter is an Associate in Gantry’s San Francisco office, where she works alongside the firm’s production team on commercial real estate financing transactions. Her work includes underwriting and financial analysis, property and market research, preparation of loan packages and lender presentations, and transaction due diligence. She is involved in evaluating financing opportunities and presenting key property, borrower, and market information to lenders and investors.

Ramza first interned with Gantry while attending Santa Clara University, and after a rewarding experience with the firm, returned as a full-time Associate upon graduation. During her time at Santa Clara University, Ramza earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Real Estate. Her primary involvements included the Real Estate Association and Delta Sigma Pi, a professional business fraternity.

Ramza holds certifications in ARGUS Enterprise from Altus Group and as a LEED Green Associate from Green Business Certification Inc. She has also completed coursework through the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC).

Outside of work, Ramza enjoys spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, trying new restaurants and coffee shops, and traveling.
