Chad Metzger is a Senior Associate in Gantry’s Phoenix office. Since joining Gantry in January 2005, Chad has worked with multiple originators analyzing and closing mortgage loans and equity investments for various types of commercial and multi-family real estate transactions. While at Gantry, he has underwritten and closed over $3BB dollars in debt and equity in over 500 transactions. Chad has worked with numerous insurance companies, banks, credit unions, Wall Street conduits, and other financial institutions and has helped deliver the best strategic financing solutions to their clients.

Chad is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate. Prior to joining Gantry, Chad spent four years with Churchill Commercial Capital as a loan analyst. He currently resides and works out of Boise, Idaho with his three children and enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams along with golfing, hiking, and skiing.
