Marketing Associate
Irvine, CA
As the largest and most experienced national independent commercial mortgage banking firm in the United States, Gantry arranges financing for some of the country's top commercial real estate developers and owners. Our relationships with institutional lenders include an expansive line-up of life insurance companies, pension funds, and government-sponsored agencies, as well as commercial and investment banks. We originate business nationally and service loans in 46 states.
Gantry is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Associate based in our Irvine, CA office to support the execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who blends design capability with strong organizational and digital marketing skills. Working within a team environment, the candidate must be flexible, cooperative, and exhibit a positive attitude. This position will play a key role in maintaining brand consistency, executing campaigns, and supporting business development efforts. This is an in-office position.
The Marketing Associate’s key responsibilities include the following:
Marketing Materials & Design
Create and update marketing materials including presentations, brochures, proposals, and other collateral using Adobe Creative Suite (primarily InDesign and Illustrator)
Ensure all materials align with brand standards and company messaging
Email Marketing & Digital Campaigns
Develop and execute monthly email campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub (or similar platforms, such as ActOn, Pardot, Constant Contact, MailChimp)
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
Social Media Management
Manage and maintain company social media channels
Develop and schedule content, ensuring consistency in voice and branding
Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements
Public Relations & Communications
Coordinate PR efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and announcements
Manage pipeline of press releases through internal approval process
Project Management & Coordination
Manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management software like Asana, Monday, Slack, or others
Coordinate timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate team
General Marketing Support
Assist with website content management and minor updates
Support event marketing efforts as needed
Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team
Qualifications and Requisite skills and experience for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in marketing or related role
Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite
Familiarity with CRM systems, Analytics, and website CMS platforms
Adept at swiftly adopting and utilizing new technology.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation: $55,000 - $75,000 Salary commensurate with experience.
