Loan Administrator – Multiple Locations

Gantry, Inc. is excited to welcome a skilled Loan Administrator with a strong background to join our dynamic team in our Portland , Pheonix, or Seattle office. We're seeking an individual with exceptional organizational abilities, a knack for multitasking, and a keen sense of prioritization. If you possess excellent writing skills, have a flair for financial analytics, and an unwavering eye for detail, you might be our ideal candidate!

The Loan Administrator’s principal responsibilities include the following:

· Verify and ensure borrowers maintain adequate insurance coverage on collateral.

· Communicate with agents regarding insurance requirements.

· Schedule and perform detailed property inspections to Lender’s procedures (some travel required).

· Analyze financial statements to identify trends and variances.

· Mindfully engage with your internal Gantry team daily as we work collaboratively towards deadlines.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant loan documents, lender requirements, and company policies.

· Accurately maintain Gantry’s proprietary database with recent client financial statements, insurance certificates, and various communications.

· Extend exceptional customer service to all clients.


Requisite skills and experience for this position include:

· Bachelor’s degree required. Preferably in finance, business administration, or a related field.

· Commercial loan administration experience required.

· Insurance experience preferred.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe products.

· Adept at swiftly adopting and utilizing new technology.

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
