POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Real Estate Loan Producer to join our experienced team in Phoenix, Arizona. This individual will originate debt and equity placements for commercial real estate transactions across all asset classes, leveraging Gantry’s deep capital relationships, marketing capabilities, and in-house support teams.
The ideal candidate brings a successful track record in loan origination, an established client base, and a desire to grow their business in a collaborative, independent environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source, structure, and originate commercial real estate debt and equity transactions for all property types.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate owners, developers, investors, and capital providers (life companies, banks, agencies, debt funds, and more).
Manage the transaction process from origination through closing, working with associates and closers.
Stay informed on market trends, lender appetite, and capital market dynamics to best advise clients and structure competitive financing solutions.
Represent Gantry’s brand and values in the marketplace with professionalism, integrity, and industry expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, or capital markets.
Proven origination track record and/or strong relationships with property owners and capital sources.
Deep understanding of real estate capital markets, underwriting fundamentals, and deal structuring.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Active real estate license as needed.
