Gantry has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $25,000,000 for two mid-rise office buildings totaling 102,028 square feet in the North Waterfront area of downtown San Francisco. Both buildings were extensively renovated by the borrower in 1999. Tenants include a publisher of educational materials as well as technology tenants. George Mitsanas, Principal, and Doug Tisdale, Associate, in Gantry’s Los Angeles office, arranged the fixed-rate, non-recourse financing for the borrower, a San Francisco based developer. George Mitsanas has financed this property for the borrower once before. The 15-year loan was placed with one of Gantry’s correspondent life insurance company lenders. Gantry is a full service mortgage banking firm with a strong lineup of correspondent lenders utilizing Gantry’s production, closing and servicing capabilities.
