Gantry has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $3,700,000 for Marymount College’s student housing project located in San Pedro, California. The 30-unit residential project just underwent a major remodel which is scheduled to be completed in December. George H. Mitsanas, a Principal at Gantry, arranged the financing on behalf of one of its servicing correspondents. Specific terms of the loan were not disclosed.
