William L. Monheit is a founding partner of Gantry, established in 1991, and for over 35 years has been directly involved in a variety of roles in the commercial real estate arena ranging from attorney, acquisitions manager for a public REIT, lending correspondent, and institutional borrower. He has been directly involved in closing of over $4BB of commercial real estate transactions during this period. In addition to sourcing debt and equity capital for his clients’ real estate holdings, he also provides acquisition services on behalf of his private clients seeking major commercial real estate properties on a national and international basis including apartments, hotels, office buildings, CTL properties, shopping centers, industrial parks, and land development sites.
