Christopher “Topher” Van Mourick joined Gantry in 2024 as part of its integration with Q10 | Westcap.  He is responsible for commercial real estate loan originations. Topher focuses on developing long-term relationships with the clients he represents and brings his extensive knowledge of the capital markets and keen attention to detail into providing the best possible alignment between his clients and the appropriate capital sources. He has been directly involved in the origination and underwriting of more than $2 Billion in closed loans during his career.  Property types include Industrial, Multifamily, Office, Retail, Self Storage, and Hospitality.

Prior to Gantry, Topher was Director at Q10 | Westcap since its inception in May 2007 where he specialized in originating commercial real estate loans.  At Q10 | Westcap, Topher was a multi-year recipient of its President's Club Award given to the top producers across the country.  Prior to this, Mr. Van Mourick began his commercial real estate career with Invest West Financial Corporation, a real estate and private equity investment firm located in Santa Barbara, California, after receiving his BA from Westmont College in Business & Economics. 

In his free time, Topher enjoys traveling with his family and finding adventures in surfing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and paddleboard racing.
