Toby Judge is an Associate in Gantry’s San Francisco office, where he partners with multiple originators to analyze and close mortgage loans and equity investments for a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. His responsibilities include underwriting potential deals, conducting market research, preparing investment packages, and coordinating due diligence efforts through closing.

 

Toby joined Gantry in August 2025, bringing prior internship experience from Hamilton Zanze, where he focused on multifamily acquisitions, and PCCP, where he supported originations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business, with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance.

 

While at USC, Toby was actively involved in the Sigma Chi fraternity, the Trojan Real Estate Association (TREA), and the Marshall Real Estate Finance Association (MREFA). Outside of work, he enjoys skiing, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

 

Fun fact: Toby once ran with the bulls in Pamplona during the San Fermín festival.
