Tim Brown is a Senior Associate at Gantry's Seattle office, bringing extensive experience in finance, acquisition, disposition, and development of income-producing properties. His expertise is particularly focused on multifamily housing and mixed-use property sectors.

Prior to joining Gantry, Tim spent 16 years at Moran & Company (acquired by Berkadia in 2021), specializing in institutional multifamily sales in the greater Puget Sound area.

Tim holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington and is a licensed Real Estate Broker.
