Steve Bridges is Senior Director in Gantry's Orange County office where he is focused on securing the placement of the best possible income property real estate loans for his clients.  He joined Gantry in 2015 following a 14 year tenure at Q10 | Westcap where he was Executive Vice President of loan originations.

Steve's background includes running two major bank construction lending departments—including work-out and turn-around of the second bank, reorganization of a local development company, followed by the co-development of over 1-million SF of commercial properties—as well as the development and management of his own income property portfolio since 1980. Bridges also serves as acting president of three successful mortgage banking companies. He has arranged several billions of dollars of financing of all product types including $600,000,000 in construction and permanent hospitality financing.
