Stephan Coste is Senior Director in Gantry's Orange County office, where he is responsible for the origination, negotiations, servicing mortgage loans and capital investments for commercial real estate properties.  Stephan has experience in permanent, refinance, construction, and bridge lending. During his tenure, Stephan has been involved with Industrial, Multifamily, Office, Retail, Storage, Data Centers, Student Housing, and Land.

Prior to Gantry, Stephan was at Q10 | Westcap from 2014 to 2024, where he managed the Los Angeles office's commercial real estate loan production.  Prior to this, Stephan managed the office of a mortgage brokerage team in San Francisco focused on smaller commercial mortgages. In addition to his commercial real estate finance experience, Stephan operates his family’s extensive commercial real estate portfolio, managing numerous properties throughout California.

Stephan graduated from the University of San Francisco with a degree in Finance. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, mountain biking, and skiing in his free time.
