Prior to joining Gantry, Stephan spent a decade as a Producer at Q10|Westcap, where he managed the Los Angeles office, before transitioning to Orange County while continuing to serve clients.

 

With expertise spanning permanent, refinance, construction, and bridge lending, Stephan is skilled at structuring complex capital stacks. Over his career, he has facilitated financing across various asset classes including industrial, multifamily, office, retail, storage, data centers, student housing, and land deals. These transactions have been capitalized by insurance companies, banks, debt funds, and private equity groups. His diverse client base includes ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) investors, family offices, private developers, and institutional groups.

 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Stephan oversees his family office’s commercial real estate portfolio, encompassing properties across California and Texas.

 

A graduate of the University of San Francisco with a degree in Finance, Stephan enjoys spending his free time with his family, mountain biking, skiing, golf, tennis & pickleball.
