Spencer Fisher is a Director at Gantry’s Orange County, California. He helps his clients get the best financing for their commercial real estate through Gantry’s vast correspondent network with life insurance companies and other lenders. Beyond loan sourcing, Spencer is experienced in loan underwriting, closing, and servicing, and he is passionate about ensuring a successful loan process.
Spencer joined Gantry in 2024, but began his career at StanCorp Mortgage Investors in 2017, where he analyzed over 500 existing loans across the U.S. Spencer then joined Q10 | Westcap in their servicing department, where he developed a foundational understanding of loans, helping review billions of dollars of existing loans. Spencer quickly moved into loan production and has worked on the origination of billions of dollars of loans across all property types and lender types including life insurance companies, HUD, CMBS, Bank, Agency, and CTL (Credit Tenant Lease) and alternative lender loans.
Spencer’s hands-on approach includes regularly driving the market and meeting with commercial real estate owners to foster long-term relationships and to find solutions for his clients’ needs. Spencer has an affinity for numbers and graduated from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2017 with an Accounting Major and a Financial Economics Minor. Spencer and his wife live in Newport Beach and enjoy playing pickleball and traveling.
