Sara joined Gantry in 2020, leading the establishment of its Portland office following a decade-long tenure at the Portland-based mortgage banker Norris, Beggs & Simpson, which was later acquired by Gantry. With a comprehensive background in mortgage banking, Sara oversees the servicing team, with a focus on servicing and corporate accounting functions. She played a pivotal role in transitioning the team to the Strategy servicing software platform. Sara is responsible for the integrity of internal controls, manages company bank relationships, and supervises a team of twenty at Gantry.

Sara started her career working at various banks and credit unions in an accounting capacity. She progressed into property management and eventually corporate and loan servicing accounting.

A graduate of Warner Pacific University with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration, Sara actively engages with the Mortgage Bankers Association, representing both Gantry and the industry at large through speaking engagements on Servicing, Accounting, and Technology. Beyond her professional pursuits, Sara is an avid snowboarder who enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog.
