Sam Olszowka is an Associate in Gantry’s Buffalo office, where he is responsible for underwriting potential transactions, conducting market research, preparing investment packages, and coordinating due diligence to support the closing of multifamily and commercial real estate assets.

 

Prior to joining Gantry, Sam worked as an Analyst at Willis Towers Watson, a Fortune 500 commercial insurance firm, where he developed his passion for commercial transactions. He has also completed FINRA’s Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and Eastdil Secured’s Real Estate Finance Training Program.

 

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with friends, golfing, refereeing youth hockey, and traveling.
