Ryan Gray is a Loan Administrator in Gantry’s Phoenix office, where he is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of commercial real estate loans. He works closely with clients and internal teams to maintain accurate processing, deliver timely reporting, and ensure consistent, clear communication. He brings a diverse background across both residential and commercial lending and is focused on continuing to build his expertise in the commercial real estate space.

Before joining Gantry, Ryan gained commercial real estate experience at STORE Capital, LLC, where he focused on construction funding and portfolio operations. Earlier in his career, he spent two years at JFQ Lending, LLC, as a Client Experience Specialist Lead. In that position, he collaborated closely with borrowers, lenders, and underwriters on construction funding and portfolio operations.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University in 2019. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching his 7-year-old daughter’s t-ball team, hiking throughout the Valley, golfing, and planning trips with his daughter to explore new places around the world.
