Rhett Horne is an Associate in Gantry’s Kansas City office, where he supports the production team with debt placement and closing process. Rhett’s duties include market research, preparation of loan packages, and coordinating due diligence to assist with the closing process.

Prior to Gantry, Rhett served as a Commercial Real Estate Transaction Manager in Dallas, Texas, specializing in lease negotiation and due diligence for select healthcare clients.

Originally from Waverly, Kansas, Rhett graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2021 with a B.S. in Business Administration.
