Paddy Ryan is a Principal in Gantry’s Seattle office. He has over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and consulting. He has developed long-standing direct relationships with insurance companies, banks, CMBS and other financial institutions to obtain optimal financing solutions for his clients. Prior to joining Gantry, Paddy worked at the Tesoro Refining and Marketing Company as its brand and marketing manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Menlo College where he played basketball.

Paddy is a pacific northwest native. He is a current board member for NAIOP Oregon. Paddy and his wife have two daughters, Jane and Maggie and a son, Paddy.
