Mike Wood is a Principal in Gantry’s Seattle office. Mike originates mortgage loans for correspondent life insurance companies, conduits, and other various lenders. He has originated more than $3.0 billion in finance transactions nationally, with an emphasis on properties in the greater Puget Sound area.


Before joining the Gantry team, Mike worked for Norris, Beggs & Simpson Financial Services for 23 years as a partner and leader of the Seattle office. Mike served on the Board of Directors for the NAIOP Washington chapter from 2017-2023 and currently is a Board Member for the University of Washington Runstad School of Real Estate. He graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Economics.
