Michael Chenot is a Loan Administrator in Gantry's Orange County office. He is responsible for the portfolio management of the servicing portfolio.  He is tasked with annual loan reviews to gauge portfolio performance, lender and borrower relations, loan servicing, and loan modifications.

Prior to Gantry, Michael was Loan Analyst at Q10 | Westcap, joining the firm in 2015.  Previously, Michael began his real estate career with a commercial real estate appraisal firm based out of North Attleboro, MA, and continued appraisal work in the Greater Los Angeles area after relocating to Glendora, CA.

Michael resides with his wife Staci in Columbia, MO, where they enjoy just about everything that gets them active and preferably outside in the sun. In his free time, Michael can be found skydiving, hiking, or riding motorcycles.
