Meera Lawnicki is an Associate in Gantry’s San Francisco office, where she supports the firm’s production team across a wide range of commercial real estate transactions. Her responsibilities include underwriting and financial analysis, preparing investment packages, evaluating borrowers, properties, and market dynamics, and assisting with due diligence through closing.

Prior to joining Gantry as an Associate, Meera interned with the firm, supporting the underwriting and execution of commercial real estate transactions. She also interned with Northwestern Mutual Real Estate, where she underwrote commercial real estate opportunities and participated in the loan committee approval process.

Meera graduated cum laude from Santa Clara University in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, majoring in Finance. While at Santa Clara, she completed coursework through the university’s Real Estate Program and was actively involved in the Real Estate Association, Women in Investment, and Finance Association. She also earned her ARGUS Enterprise Certification through the Real Estate Association.
