Lisa Hires is a Senior Loan Administrator in Gantry’s Las Vegas office, where she helps oversee the day-to-day performance of commercial real estate loans while providing exceptional support to both borrowers and lenders. With a balance of analytical expertise and client-focused communication, Lisa ensures that each loan portfolio remains healthy and well-managed.

After earning her real estate license, Lisa joined Experion Financial, where she played a key role in helping the company build a respected loan portfolio. Over her 25-year tenure, she served as Director of Servicing before bringing her deep industry knowledge and leadership to Gantry.

Outside of work, Lisa is an active volunteer and community advocate. She serves as a CASA volunteer for the State of Nevada, supporting children in need, and contributes to her church through the Connections program and by hosting Small Groups in her home. When she’s not working or volunteering, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Clayton, and their children and grandchildren, often camping, hiking, or paddleboarding wherever the road (and water) takes them.
