Kristin Lapinskas is a Senior Associate in Gantry’s Portland office, bringing extensive experience in finance, acquisition, management and development of income-producing properties. Since joining Gantry in 2025, Kristin has worked with multiple originators analyzing mortgage loans and equity investments for various types of commercial and multi-family real estate transactions.

Kristin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Notre Dame. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and enjoying the outdoors.
