Jesse Hight is a Loan Administrator in Gantry’s Kansas City office, where he supports the efficient management of commercial real estate loans. He works closely with clients and colleagues to ensure accurate processing, timely reporting, and effective communication, contributing to Gantry’s reputation for reliable, high-quality loan servicing.

Before joining Gantry, Jesse worked as an insurance claims adjuster and retail store manager. These roles gave him valuable experience in customer service, operations, and problem-solving, while also honing his public speaking skills. Jesse has always been driven to improve processes and build strong relationships, qualities that continue to serve him well in his current role.

Jesse is a graduate of Missouri Southern State University where he earned a double Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Marketing.
