Jake Davis is an Associate in Gantry’s San Francisco office, where he supports the firm’s production team across a range of commercial real estate transactions. Jake is responsible for conducting comprehensive underwriting and financial analysis, crafting detailed narrative assessments of borrowers, properties, and market dynamics, and assembling loan and equity packages that highlight key investment characteristics for presentation to lenders and investors. He also facilitates due diligence processes including lease reviews, legal documentation analysis, and loan commitment compliance.

 

Jake joined Gantry following his graduation from Santa Clara University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Real Estate, graduating cum laude with the Class of 2025. His journey with Gantry began as an intern, a role he secured through Santa Clara’s annual Commercial Real Estate Career Fair. He now represents Gantry at the same event, marking a meaningful full-circle moment.

 

While at Santa Clara, Jake was actively involved in the Real Estate Association and Sigma Chi Fraternity. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) and holds certifications as a LEED Green Associate from Green Business Certification Inc. and in ARGUS Enterprise from Altus Group.

 

Outside of work, Jake enjoys staying active in the gym, spending time with friends, and exploring new restaurants. He’s also a car enthusiast who has spent the past few years restoring his vintage Jeep Cherokee.
