Hrishi Bukshin is an Associate in Gantry’s Portland office, where he supports the firm’s capital markets platform across a variety of debt placement and structured finance transactions. He is actively involved in loan sizing, underwriting, and financial modeling for commercial properties across asset classes, while preparing detailed offering memoranda and helping facilitate the due diligence process through closing.

 

Prior to joining Gantry, Hrishi worked on the equity side of the real estate investment business. At Lincoln Property Company, he supported acquisitions and joint ventures for institutional clients, focusing on underwriting and investment analysis. He also contributed to large-scale master-planned development initiatives through the Brookfield Development Cup, where he focused on land sale underwriting and multifamily development feasibility. His early exposure to the real estate industry spans market research, asset-level underwriting, and strategic development planning.

 

Hrishi earned his BS in Economics from the University of Oregon with a minor in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship. He has completed the Real Estate Finance and Investments (REFAI) Certification, the A.CRE Accelerator Core program, and is proficient in tools such as ARGUS Enterprise, CoStar, and advanced Excel modeling.

 

Outside of the office, Hrishi enjoys hiking and exploring the Pacific Northwest with his dog, Milo, checking out new restaurants, and digging into interesting real estate investment opportunities when they catch his eye.
