Evan Wells is a Portfolio Manager in Gantry's Phoenix office. He is involved in all aspects of portfolio management and loan servicing, including financial analysis, inspections, escrow management and payment administration, with special emphasis given to construction loans and Credit Tenant Lease (CTL) transactions.

Prior to Gantry, Evan was a Client Relationship Manager at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage LLC, managing a portfolio of eight life insurance companies and over $2.5B in assets. This portfolio allowed Evan to establish relationships with many of the same investors that he will partner with here at Gantry. Previously, he devised small-business retirement plan solutions at The Vanguard Group.

A graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Evan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Government Policy. Outside of the office, Evan trains and competes internationally in Brazilian jiujitsu, and enjoys scuba diving in exotic locales.
