Erin is a Senior Associate for Gantry’s San Francisco team where she provides support for debt originations.  Erin manages all aspects of transactions from term sheet to closing.  She is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a degree in Accounting. 

 

Erin began her career as a Certified Public Accountant working at KPMG before transitioning into commercial real estate.  She has held accounting, finance, and asset management roles across a range of real estate investment firms, including a boutique shop focused on value-add assets, a family office focused on steady cash flow and a mid-size company in growth mode, in addition to prior mortgage banking experience.  Her asset class expertise spans self-storage, multi-family (including manufactured housing), retail, and office properties. This diverse background enables Erin to execute complex transactions with efficiency, precision, and a strong client-service approach.

 

Outside of work, Erin enjoys reading inspiring memoirs and enjoying the outdoors with long walks on the beach or hiking the Santa Monica mountains.
