Doug Thatcher is a Senior Director in Gantry’s Seattle production office, where he leverages nearly three decades of experience in commercial real estate finance to structure and place optimized debt and equity solutions for a wide-ranging client base. A trusted advisor in the Pacific Northwest market, Doug specializes in connecting borrowers with best-fit capital sources, including life companies, banks, credit unions, CMBS lenders, debt funds, and private capital providers.

Prior to joining Gantry, Doug was a partner at Northwest Commercial Mortgage, an independent Seattle-based mortgage banking firm. Over the course of his tenure, he successfully arranged more than $1.0 billion in commercial real estate debt placements, building a reputation for expertise, integrity, and client-focused service.

Doug holds a BA in Economics from the University of Washington and an MBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is recognized as a respected figure in the Seattle CRE community and is excited to bring his talents to Gantry’s independent platform.
