Demetri Koston is a Principal for Gantry in Spokane, WA, and leads the company’s mortgage banking business in the Inland Northwest. Demetri started with Gantry in 2004, and founded the Spokane office in 2009. Demetri’s main focus is on financing assignments in the Inland Northwest including Eastern WA, Northern ID, and Western Montana. However, he maintains client relationships which are active throughout the West Coast and the nation. In addition to the correspondent life insurance companies and pension funds represented by Gantry, Demetri is very active with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, in addition to local banks and credit unions. Prior to Gantry, Demetri’s real estate work experience includes Hines Interests and Metropolitan Ventures, both in Chicago.
