Brian Bonipart is a Senior Director in Gantry’s Seattle office. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Brian spent seventeen years with Seattle Mortgage in many areas of mortgage banking including loan analysis, servicing, and production. Brian spent 13 years as a commercial loan officer originating permanent, bridge, and construction loans. He has placed loans with all capital sources including life companies, banks, and CMBS originators. Brian graduated with a BA in Business Administration, with a focus in Finance from the University of Washington in Seattle.
