Austin Ridge is an Associate in Gantry’s El Segundo office, where he provides support with debt originations. Since joining Gantry in January 2020, Austin has closed over $1B in commercial real estate financing transactions with a variety of capital sources, including Gantry’s esteemed roster of institutional life insurance companies, CMBS lenders, banks, credit unions, and debt funds to fulfill the financing needs of CRE investors and developers. He is responsible for underwriting potential deals, conducting market research, preparing investment packages, and coordinating due diligence to help administer the closing process.


Austin Ridge graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2019 with a concentration in finance. He was born and raised in Southern California, currently residing in El Segundo where he enjoys spending time with family and friends, golfing and boating.
