Andrew Mekjavich is a Principal in Gantry’s San Francisco office. He has originated over $2BB in debt and equity and prides himself on getting deals closed. He has executed on almost every asset type in many markets throughout the country.
Andrew was Chairman of the Board for the California Mortgage Bankers Association (CMBA) and currently sits on its Executive Board. He is also the former President of the Bay Area Mortgage Association (BAMA) as well as a former board member of Trinity Center, a homeless services organization in his community. Prior to joining Gantry, Andrew spent five years as a Senior Vice President at a regional commercial mortgage banking firm. He started his career as a commercial real estate appraiser followed by six years of executive leadership for the same national valuation firm.
Andrew graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a concentration in finance and appraisal and is a graduate of the MBA and CMBA Future Leaders Programs.
