Andrew Ferguson serves as a Director at Gantry's Austin office, contributing expertise in property underwriting and debt origination. Since joining Gantry in early 2022, Andrew has worked with various originators, analyzing and facilitating the closure of mortgage loans and equity investments across a diverse spectrum of commercial real estate assets. During his tenure at Gantry, Andrew has played a pivotal role in underwriting over $1.5 billion in stabilized and structured debt.

Before joining Gantry, Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Arizona in 2019. He actively participated in the University's Real Estate Club and was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order fraternity.

Andrew's interests extend beyond his professional endeavors; he is an enthusiastic traveler with a particular passion for hunting and fishing in remote destinations. In his free time, he thoroughly enjoys being outside and playing golf with his colleagues.
