Alicia Sabanero is an Associate in Gantry’s El Segundo office, and she provides support with debt originations. Alicia is responsible for underwriting potential deals, conducting market research, preparing investment packages, and coordinating due diligence to help administer the closing process.
Prior to joining Gantry, she was a Property/Project Manager at Jerico Development, Inc., a privately held real estate investment management and development company. In this role, Alicia was responsible for managing the company’s portfolio as well as executing various aspects of the company’s development projects. Prior to this, Alicia was a tenured Spanish Dual Immersion Kindergarten teacher in the Redondo Beach Unified School District, where she not only pioneered the inaugural Dual Immersion program in the district, but contributed to critical program improvements resulting in the successful program it continues to be today.
Alicia is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude. She currently holds a California Real Estate Salesperson License and completed her certification in Fundamentals of Quantitative Modeling from The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania. Alicia is actively involved in CREW-LA, a business network organization supporting the advancement of women in the commercial real estate industry. She is also a member of NAIOP.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Alicia enjoys her dogs, the outdoors, traveling on road trips, and dancing.
