Abe Osterhaus is a Director in Gantry’s Kansas City office. He supports the placement of commercial real estate debt through underwriting, financial analysis, market research, and transaction execution. Abe works closely with borrowers and lenders to evaluate financing opportunities and help deliver capital solutions across a variety of property types.

Abe began his career with Gantry as an intern while completing his undergraduate studies. Following his internship, he returned to Gantry full-time after graduation, continuing to build his experience in commercial real estate finance and debt placement.

Abe earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Marketing from the University of Kansas. During his time at KU, he was named to the Dean’s List multiple times and held leadership roles within the university’s Greek community.

Outside of work, Abe enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing golf, and skiing during the winter.
