Aaron Hoch is an Operations Administrator at Gantry, based in the San Francisco office. In his role, he manages and optimizes companywide operational processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and seamless execution across departments. He oversees project coordination, internal systems, and workflow improvements while also supporting marketing initiatives, event planning, press releases, presentation and collateral creation, promotional asset management, and social media support. Aaron’s focus on operational excellence helps Gantry run smoothly while maintaining consistent and high-quality brand representation.

Aaron began his journey at Gantry in 2022 as a Servicing Intern, where he gained hands-on experience in client support, administrative operations, and internal workflow management. His dedication and aptitude for organization quickly led to a transition into the Operations Administrator role, where he now combines operational expertise with creative support to enhance both internal efficiency and external communications.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from San Diego Christian College, where he also played collegiate baseball. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.
