PANORAMA City, CA – Gantry has arranged financing in the amount of $22,400,000 secured by a 200,000 square foot manufacturing, warehouse and distribution building in Panorama City, California. Principals Braden Turnbull, Jeff Wilcox, and Robert Slatt and Associate Vice President Erinn Cooke worked on behalf of the borrower to arrange the refinance.
