The Gantry financing team, headed by Principal George Mitsanas, along with Associate Vice President Peter Hillakas, Principal Mark Ritchie and Vice President James Dick, arranged the financing with a correspondent lender. Both the construction and permanent loans will be serviced by Gantry. Specific terms of the financing were not disclosed.
