Robert Slatt and Jeff Wilcox in Gantry’s San Francisco office have arranged two loans totaling $9,000,000 for two apartment buildings located blocks from each other in downtown Burlingame, CA. One of Gantry’s life insurance correspondent lenders provided two 30-year fixed loans to win the business. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
