Gantry, working on an exclusive basis, has arranged construction financing for an office/retail complex located at 9378 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills. The loan was funded by a regional bank and the terms included a loan of $18,105,000, a 24 month term with extension options and partial-recourse to the sponsors. The project is the leasehold interest in a spec 30,000 square foot mixed-use (office over retail) complex located near the southeast corner of the Beverly Hills Triangle. It is located near a wide variety of amenities ranging from world class dining and retail shopping to hotels. The assignment was headed up by George Mitsanas, a Principal of Gantry. With offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, Seattle, Irvine, Las Vegas and Phoenix, Gantry is a privately held, full-service commercial mortgage banking firm that provides financing for income-producing properties.
