George Mitsanas, Principal, and Michelle Hsieh, Associate, of Gantry’s Los Angeles office, have arranged two loans to refinance 44,336 SF of premier retail space in the neighborhoods of Brentwood and Westwood in Los Angeles, California.
George Mitsanas, Principal, and Michelle Hsieh, Associate, of Gantry’s Los Angeles office, have arranged two loans to refinance 44,336 SF of premier retail space in the neighborhoods of Brentwood and Westwood in Los Angeles, California. Both low levered loans were locked at a fixed rate, are non-recourse, and placed on a 10-year term- one being interest only, the other being on a 30-year amortization schedule. The refinancing replaced debt that was originally arranged by Mr. Mitsanas. Both loans were placed with one of Gantry’s correspondent lenders and will be serviced by Gantry.
