Gantry’s Principal, George Mitsanas, Vice-President, Peter Hillakas, and Associate, Michelle Hsieh, have arranged permanent financing in the amount of $16,300,000 for the refinance of a recently constructed, three-story, multi-tenant office/retail building.
Gantry’s Principal, George Mitsanas, Vice-President, Peter Hillakas, and Associate, Michelle Hsieh, have arranged permanent financing in the amount of $16,300,000 for the refinance of a recently constructed, three-story, multi-tenant office/retail building. Gantry originally arranged the subject’s 2008 construction loan and now has arranged a 10 year permanent loan with a regional bank.
The loan is secured by a 32,000 SF building, with three and a half levels of subterranean parking, and was presented an award for Architectural Design by the Architectural Commission of Beverly Hills. The building is well located in the heart of Beverly Hills in the Golden Triangle and is situated on a largely trafficked street with great visibility and access. The property is fully leased with retail on the first floor and office on the second and third.
