Gantry has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $64,000,000 for a four property portfolio in the greater Seattle area. The transaction includes acquisition financing for a 49,000 SF shopping center in Bellevue, anchored by Walgreens and Trader Joe’s, the refinancing of Mill Creek Town Center, a 182,000 SF grocer anchored lifestyle center in Mill Creek, and two retail properties located in Kirkland and Bellevue. Mike Taylor, Principal, and Patrick Taylor, Associate Vice President, in Gantry’s Seattle office arranged financing for the borrower. The financing consists of fully amortizing, cross collateralized loans which were placed with one of Gantry’s correspondent life insurance company relationships. All other terms and conditions of the loan were not disclosed.
