Gantry has arranged permanent financing in the amount of $1,991,000 for the Plaza Sobrante retail center, a 30,954 square foot shopping center located in El Sobrante, California.

Terri Slocombe, a Principal in Gantry’s San Francisco office, arranged the financing for the borrower through one of Gantry’s correspondent life insurance companies. Gantry will service the loan, which was fixed for 10 years with a 25 year amortization period. Other terms and conditions were not disclosed.
