Gantry has arranged for the $16,000,000 refinance of the 99,102 square foot Plaza De Oro Shopping Center located in Murrieta, California.
Jamie Dick, Gantry’s Vice President in San Diego, arranged the financing for the borrower, a San Diego-based repeat client of Gantry. The lender, a major East Coast-based bank, agreed to a 10-year term, 30-year amortization loan. Additionally the non-recourse loan is interest-only for the first two years of its term. Mr. Dick and his San Diego-based team were able to process the loan in 41 days in order to accommodate the owner’s desired funding date.
